Compactec is a conveyor/compactor that reduces the volume and weight of collected screenings, therefore drastically minimizing transportation costs. By facilitating rejection of solid wastes into one container, Compactec improves sanitary conditions for operators.

Compactec automatically collects, conveys, dewaters and compacts solid waste. A screw auger is used to convey the collected solids to a compression friction tube, wherefrom they are dropped into a container. To further enhance odor control and workers’ safety, Aqualitec odor control bags can be supplied to condition the solid wastes.
