Grittec offers a simple solution to remove and dewater grit, sand and other minerals. This equipment is highly recommended for protecting downstream mechanical equipment and can be adapted to a wide range of industries.

The wastewater flows into a conical hopper where the grit particles are settled to the bottom by decantation. Then a screw auger collects, conveys and drops the grit removal into a container. Aqualitec odor control bags can be supplied to condition the grits. The floatable organic matters are rejected with the wastewater.
